This obit did not give the date of birth or the date he passed away. The date for the obit was 20090715 it said that he had passed away it gave his age as 45 so he was born in either 1963 or 1964 it also stated that burial would be on Friday so the date he passed away was in July of 2009 but I do not have the specific day.
